Show Notes

You know what they say: an April hiatus brings May . . . episodes? In any case, Page Count is taking a break from full-length episodes in April. But don’t worry—we’ll be back for a second season, which features an exciting lineup of guests, beginning May 9. A trailer for this second season will drop April 25, 2023.

Finally, our host, Laura Maylene Walter, will moderate a panel at the Ohioana Book Festival on April 22, 2023. This panel discussion, “Turning Points in a Writing Career,” will become a future Page Count episode.

Stay tuned for a lot more in Page Count’s second season!

Laura Maylene Walter:
Hi, everyone. Believe it or not, it has been one year since Page Count launched. We're going to celebrate by . . . taking a break! [applause] That's right, we're taking a short hiatus from full-length episodes in April, but we'll be back before you know it in May with our second season. In the meantime, we're not vanishing completely in April. On April 25, we'll post a trailer with clips from just a few of the amazing episodes we have lined up for the coming year. We'll also be live at the Ohioana Book Festival on Saturday, April 22, where I'll be moderating an author panel that will also serve as a future Page Count episode. In the meantime, happy one-year anniversary to Page Count. Thanks, as always, for listening, and we'll be back on May 9 for Season 2.
